Submissions

Submissions for #SDGFilmfest are encouraged from students studying at De Montfort University Leicester, the London School of Public Relations in Jakarta, the Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation in Malaysia, and the American University of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Guidelines

Submissions must be posted online via Vimeo/Youtube or similar, and adhere to the following technical specifications.

 

All entries must also be sent to the film festival via a file transfer service such as WeTransfer to be posted on the film festival YouTube channel.

Deadline for Submissions

31 May 2021 at 12.00 GMT

Format:

Micro documentary, factual, participatory, expository, poetic, short, or PSA etc.

We will also accept short fictional pieces and animations.

Running Time:

2 to 4 min. maximum including titles and credits.

Copyright:

Audio, images, likeness rights and location permissions must be cleared prior to submission.

Specification and Codec:

1920x1080p HD, 16:9 Safety Frames and Graphics, MP4, H264.

Language:

English or Other, English subtitles required for content/ indigenous language interviews.
